Upon submitting the client inquiry form, I’ll send you detailed instructions to guide you through the onboarding process. This includes sharing an estimate of how many galleries you plan to outsource throughout the year and how many booked sessions or weddings you'd like edited initially. This information helps me assess my availability and plan accordingly for the months ahead.
Step One: Reserve A Client Spot

Once the onboarding process is complete, you'll gain access to my booking calendar. I’ve set up an appointment-based system that allows you to reserve as many time slots as needed. You can schedule appointments whenever you have new sessions or weddings you'd like me to edit. Portrait edits can be booked indefinitely, while wedding edits are available within a 90-day window from the current date.
Step Two: Reserve An Editing Appointment

After reserving an editing time slot, you'll be directed to upload your catalog using a simple drag-and-drop platform, making the process easy and hassle-free. If your appointment is scheduled well in advance, you'll receive a reminder email before your session to upload your files. Additionally, you'll receive a helpful instructional link to guide you through the process, especially if you're new to outsourcing.
Step Three: Upload Your Catalog

Within three to five business days, you will receive an edited catalog along with detailed instructions for importing the photos back into your original Lightroom catalog. I’ve simplified the process, and all the necessary steps for importing will be included in the instructional link I sent you. If you ever feel stuck or need assistance with your catalogs, I’m always here to help with whatever you may need!
